A/N: I blame Health class. I blame a certain guy. I blame the learning about drugs and addicts and…yeah. For anyone who’s ever read Addiction…read this too. Feedback wanted, and greatly appreciated.

Fading

Stop the pain

Stop loosing this game

The smell of smoke clouding our senses

And things begin to spin

But all you see is deceiving

Completely consumed

You’re just so wasted

Just like my emotions, wasted on you

Looking for a sign that you’re all right

But you blow me off, shove me away

The hurt runs too deep

All bonds of trust laying dead

Yet you still go on betraying

Forgive me if I ever misunderstood

If I never helped chase away the pain

So now I wonder if you’re not the only one to blame

Can I leave everything behind?

Memories have faded, seemingly as a dream

The bitter remorse spreading through your veins

But now its become much too late

No one survives the deadly bite

Once so very strong in my eyes

But as I watch you begin to fade away

I promise never to cry
