A.N. Hello folks. How are you doing? This is my 4th attempt at sonnets, and the first I’ll post. Here you go.

Pray to the chocolate kiss,

With it’s creamy sweets.

Lovely buds have met it’s foes,

And a bird can no longer tweets.

Bow to the wonder of it’s taste,

Surrender to their whim.

You better have haste,

For to I and him,

The chocolate kiss be the god

To which we thank.

To have it as food,

On a lovely river bank.

Oh, the sweet chocolate,

You’re my love to date.
