True Grief

Grief

A funny word

It can mean so much

And yet the emotion is so very powerful

Sadness, tears, turmoil

And so many other things combined to make grief

There may be times of deep sadness

That feel like you can't go on

But always remember that there will always be a light of hope

At the end of the tunnel of darkness

So just hold on

Don't give up

You'll get through this

Let it out

Grieve with your family and friends

And soon you will reach the light of hope

And emerge into the sunlight again
