A Shadow of a Memory

Prologue

They are hunting me. Hunting me for the memory of what I saw in a vision. They have sent all 5 of their military forces after me. The Dragon Tamers, the Phoenix Riders, the Wolf Warriors, the Chimera Charges and the Tiger Assassins. I shudder to think what would happen if they captured me. Out of all of them the Tiger Assassins are feared the most. They kill for any reason. If you meet one you would be lucky to escape with your life.

They must not catch me. I am the key. I am the key to the ultimate source of power within this galaxy. My memory of the vision could open the gates and the power could devastate the world if in the wrong hands. Within my memory is a code of symbols. These symbols will unlock the gatekeeper who will unlock the gates for whoever release him be it man or beast. Shadows will then cover all the corners of the Earth. Demons will come forth. All of humanity would be tortured and destroyed. All life on Earth would suffer enormous pain.

I must tell someone my tale, if I do not I feel that I would lose me sanity. I must keep it for the sake of everything and everyone on this planet. Everything that I am going to tell you is the truth. I do not expect you to believe me, no one does. I only need you to listen, I beg of you to listen. My sanity depends on you. It starts off as any tale would. Quiet and peaceful.
