Chiaroscuro
Light and Dark eternal interplay,
Truth or Deception, who can say?
Perhaps a mix of black, white, shaded gray.

Splash of iridescent paint,
Tangible swirl of colours, pure and taint
Immortal beings, devil or saint?

Wanton black against serene white
At once blazing day and inky night
Stark display, alternating sight

Since time immemorial, genesis hour,
Chaos and Order vie for supreme power,
Yet neither can completely ruin the other.

Double-edged sword that bites two-fold,
War that rages within the soul,
Behold, strange hue of Chiaroscuro
