For those of you who perhaps may wonder

Who owns my greatest and deepest affection,

Tear your yearning thoughts asunder,

For hereupon is my final conviction.

I love a girl with a heart of gold,

Her mind and soul are greater still.

To this girl my soul I've sold,

Because my soul this girl does fill.

Her name I cannot utter here, or anywhere,

For the names of angels are spoken silently,

Yet I will say that my thoughts lay there,

Though they do so extremely secretly.

Open up your eyes and you may yet discover,

Who this marvel is whom the angels love as well.

Try you now to blow my well placed cover,

Try you now to find out who is this fallen angel.

For the angels do adore this girl from heaven.

This angel whom my mood does always leaven.
