My heart has gone away of late,

And now from you is hiding.

Now all that's left to me is hate,

And in Hell my soul is abiding.

For without you I cannot be.

I don't know what else to say.

And yet you simly cannot see

The things I'm trying to say.

For this love, though holy in reason,

Has touched the foulest strands of fear.

So now, in this time and season,

To you I can't come near.

So I say my sad good bye,

And hope to fare thee well..

For now my heart and soul did die

And have entered unloving bitter hell.

I turn away from you, so bright,

Knowing that I'll come back anew

From this trepid air of night,

And be cleansed with morning dew.

Someday, we migh talk again,

But I do not know exactly when.
