Where before there was love

Now I can feel only hate.

Whatever feeling from above

Has gone away of late.

It was due to one girl

Who ruined my mind.

To others a pearl,

To me never kind.

She took away my soul,

She destroyed my heart.

After such a dreadful toll,

My love never again shall start.

I loved at one point in time,

but such love has turned to grime.
