Author's Note:

A poem to one I call a friend. This is what I will go through for them, for the love I give, this is what I will do.. A friend is something so precious, and close to the heart, something that we should always appreciate. I'm sorry if you don't agree, or somehow, it doesn't reaches your heart, but it comes from mine. But even so, critics are more than welcomed, just not the harsh ones.

Let me be the one,
To bear the burden that must weigh a ton;
To suffer your pain,
Your sorrows and shame.
Let me be your comfort when you are alone,
Let me cry the tears of your hearts' mourn,
Let me be your light and beacon,
Let me be the one.
I will bleed for you,
With the selfless notion of a fool.
Please see me as a useful tool -
Only to you will I stay true.
Only for you I lie,
Be it for your sake,
For all this grievances I take,
I wouldn't care, if I were to die.
