When life turns 18

When life turns 18

Everything is not clear

Taking every agonizing step into flawless victory

Losing every second into trying something new

Taking what is right over what is wrong

Assuming everything is a right thing to do

Whilst leaving all the good memories behind

Chasing the atmosphere that sometimes darkens

Everything is different from what we had foreseen

The reality is not as good as what we had dreamed

Leave those thoughts behind, and open your mind

Face the fact that life is not as easy as a snap of a finger

We have the power to choose which way to go

When life comes to a dead end, we make a new path for ourselves

A path that’s better and broader than before
