The Box Conversation

Squishy: (sings) Aloha Oe!

Me: Yeah, you’re done now…

Squishy: Yeah well you know…

Me: You’re crazy

Squishy: Most people are

Me: Well, you’re crazy…er!

Squishy: It’s funny cuz it’s true.

Me:…so…how are you?

Squishy: Hmm…Green.

Me: Ha, really?

Squishy: Yep…how are you?

Me: um…um…turquoise?

Squishy: So a mix of blue and green?

Me: Sure, why not.

Squishy: Ha, your turn.

Me: Hey!! Since when were we playing?

Squishy: Since now…your turn.

Me: Fine…where would you stay?

Squishy: It depends…where would you stay?

Me: Duh!! Under the bed!!

Squishy: So you could be in the super kinky house…just under the vastly huge bed?

Me: yep…your turn.

Squishy: Have you seen that one movie with the thing and the stuff and the yeah?

Me:…uh…no?

Squishy: You haven’t?! I’m appalled

Me: Well…what did you expect, I live in a box!

Squishy: You live in a box?

Me:…Yep, and it’s a big box too

Squishy: Riiiiiiiight…I live in a box too!

Me: How many boxes are in your main box?

Squishy: Well, my box is split up into three boxes, a basement box, a first box, and a second box.

Me: (gasps) Mine too!! How weird. But in my second box there are nine boxes, not including closet boxes and furniture boxes.

Squishy: Mine too!! Weird…

Me: huh… our boxes sound oddly similar

Squishy: But they’re not…

Both: Weird.
