This may be my final Fictionpress update.
I just wanted to let everyone know that my literary agent says we’re gearing up to start pitching Woman’s World to publishing houses, so it’s time to finally take it down from Fictionpress.
I’ve had a good run. This story has been posted for 5 years, and because of your love and attention it has garnered thousands of reviews and hundreds of favorites. Your support was invaluable to my writing career. I can honestly say that Fictionpress and it’s reviewers gave me my start and made me believe in myself and my ability to seriously write.
The good news is that while you won’t be able to read the stories anymore until they are published, I can give you a few resources so you can keep track of me and know when that day will come.
My author’s fan site is now the homepage in my profile. It’s a very beautiful website, and through it you can find links to follow me on facebook, twitter, or myspace. I want to be available for you to follow, especially because Woman’s World has been renamed ‘Antebellum’ (which means ‘before the war’), and chances are you wouldn’t recognize that title in a bookstore as the story you fell in love with here on Fictionpress.
So, that’s the scoop. You can leave me reviews if you have any questions, but it would be much more fun to comment on my blog on the fan site, right? :-)
I look forward to your continuing support on this incredible journey. Thank you everyone! Very, very much.
As always,
Savannah
