Sad, sunken silence

Fills the pages.

A pen is picked up,

And set to the paper.

It starts off, erasing the pitiful

Empty Silence

And filling the once-blank parchment

With thoughts, hopes, and dreams

Dreams…

Finally, the book is full,

Unable to hold anymore.

And the Scribbler of Dreams

Is content.
