Annie's throbbing beat-up heart

Annie's bluish violet eyes

Annie's bleeding wrists

Now Annie is in darkness

I can't even see her anymore

In darkness Annie

Is the siren she could not be by light

In darkness Annie is free of those chains

That kept a lion caged

Annie's infectious grin

Annie's strawberry glossy lips

Annie's straight red hair

In darkness Annie is wild like wraiths

She laughs from the top of the tallest trees

And looking down, offers a hand to help me

Climb up and join my goddess

In darkness Annie is generous

Annie's home-made horror movies

Annie's favorite poem by me

Annie's forbidden love between us

Please wake up, Annie
