Calling you Home

When you’re running

The rain pouring down so heavily

Hitting you down like an enemy

That even in your state of mind

You feel that even the weather is against you

But yet you keep running

Faces flash before your eyes

Loved ones watching you pass by

They want you back

They miss you

And yes they really do care

But you take to your own path and your own ways

They can only pray

Pray?

Pray to whom?

The one who loves you!

Loves me?

Yes you!

But I’m not worthy of such a love

Now you know that’s not true His waiting for you His never going to stop calling you home

What I’ve done is unforgivable you reason in your mind

While a little more of your heart shatters as the time passes by

So you keep running

And the comforts of today can comfort you only for a while

Your world is slowly crashing

And when you do finally hit the ground

Your left there so helpless

Why did I do this to myself?

Why did I deny myself of love and life?

Why did I deny the true love of my life?

My corner stone

My living Christ.

Oh Lord

I cry out

I’m sorry

I’m so very sorry

Please forgive me

And as tears shake me loose

From all that I’d been holding in

I feel his love, his understanding that had been there all along

He whispers in my ear

Welcome home dear one

When you’re suffering, the Devil comes straight at you with his lies and temptations

Of worldly comforts, that never last long. Most of the time I blindly follow him, but with my growth in Christ that is slowly starting to fade away. I don’t know about you guys but I really have to save myself from more pain and take my first steps when the going gets tough straight to him. He loves us , and because of Jesus we are worthy of all God has to give us , his love and his forgiveness, if you have any burdens take them to Him now , He loves you and His waiting for you, His calling you home

Come home and I’ll throw the biggest party heaven has ever seen Luke 15:7
