Utopias (Are Not For Me)

Sunshine, bright days to come

Paradise is all I see.

People always smiling,

Waving back towards me.

I’d never want to live here

Where the grass is always greener,

It’s just a big mistake because

I’d only get much meaner.

Utopias are not for me,

I like living differently.

My friends would also soon see

With everyone missing me.

When I’m there,

I’d settle down

Only to realize

Nobody’s around

With my gold chains

I’d be living it up,

And at my bash,

I’d be bringing it up.

But utopias are not for me,

I like living differently

My friends would also soon see

With everyone missing me.

Parties, parties

Every single day

I’d put on my suit

And head towards the next soirée.

But after a while of this

I’d get quite tired

Of everyone smiling at me

And always being admired.

Utopias are not for me,

I like living differently.

My friends would also soon see

With everyone missing me.
