Okay, well I got the prolouge to the first actual story of the series, so I hope you enjoy!

But before I begin I want to give a big thanks to RedXfire for the review on the intro! Thanks so much!

Anyway, onto the fic!

A calm wind blew through the trees. The sky was clouded, threatening to spew forth the rain that it held back. A white-haired, pale girl looked out the window of a building in the middle of the woods.

With a sigh, she turned away from the window and looked at the black haired boy standing behind her.
"What's wrong?" the boy - Shadow - asked, flipping his black hood off of his head, revealing his short, black hair.

The girl shrugged. "I dunno."
Shadow raised an eyebrow. "Uh huh. Sure." he said sarcastically.

"There's nothing wrong." the girl, Ghost, replied. She shot him a glare as if to tell him to mind his own buisness. She brushed a strand of white hair out of her pale face with her equally pale hand. In fact, Ghost's was all around pale - pale, blue eyes and even pale colored clothing. She turned back and looked out the window, rain splattering on the glass.

Shadow knew better than to persue the matter any farther, knowing it could result in a fight. He walked up next to the window, stood next to Ghost and looked out the window as if trying to see what she saw.

"So, what are you looking at?" Shadow asked after a few momentes of standing there looking only at the rain.
Ghost shrugged. "Nothing really."
Shadow nodded a little as Ghost continued to look outside. Shadow looked at the pale girl for a few more minutes, then looked back outside as well.

"What time was Andy supposed to be back?" Shadow asked after another few moments of silence.
"About a half an hour ago." Ghost replied, not taking her eyes away from the spot she was looking at.

"Do you see him?" Shadow asked.

"No." Ghost replied.

The calm look on Shadow's face refused to betray any emotion that he felt, but Ghost knew that he was worried.

"Don't worry, he'll be here." Ghost said.

"It's not like him to be late." Shadow replied. "I'm just worried -"

"That I got lost?" a voice came from behind. Both Ghost and Shadow turned and saw the brown haired boy standing behind them. "Why do you two worry so much?"

"Because you always seem to get into trouble." Ghost replied.

"Well I'm here." the boy, Andy, replied.

"So....what did they say?" Ghost asked, using her arms for emphasis.

"Well," Andy started. "They said that she'll be arriving tomorrow night."
"You know, I don't like the idea of someone else being here." Ghost said. "Especially offplanet royalty."
"You worry too much Ghost." Andy said.

Ghost glared at him.

"Anyway, her shuttle should be arriving within an hour so." Andy replied. "At least, that's what her agent guy told me."
"Alright." Shadow replied. "Then let's get ready."
Ghost rolled her eyes. "Whatever."

So, what do y'all think? Lemme know in a review!
