Romaji and English translation of my stupid dialogue. I met the challenge, darnit! I'd have put this in Scraps, but it was really just... argh, I blame Brian for this. I hope you're happy. :p Now I get back to DC! :)

Nihongo no Taidan

Yanmin: “Hai.”

(Kaoru wa agaru)

Yanmin: “Kaoru-senpai!”

Kaoru: “Ikaru.”

Yanmin: “Doushite?”

Kaoru: “Omae wa ore ni kikku shita. Naze?”

Yanmin: “Sorekara... Atashi... Shiranai.”

Kaoru: “Omae ga daikirai.”

A Japanese Dialogue

::knock-knock::

Yanmin: “Yes?”

(Kaoru enters)

Yanmin: “Kaoru-senpai!” (note: ‘senpai’ is a suffix used for someone who is your superior in work or school)

Kaoru: “I’m mad.”

Yanmin: “Why?”

Kaoru: “You stood me up. Why?”

Yanmin: “That’s because... I... I don’t know.”

Kaoru: “I hate you.”
