Miracles
by Grace Liou

We are miracles
me and the bumblebee
it's wings are too short to fly
yet it can cause it believes it can
Machines wipeout my mind
make me blank and easy to mold like clay
Memories retain my illness and slowly
they kill me like my spirit crushed into smithereens
but when they make me forget I think I'm all right
and well, I think I truly am
It's painful to go through the process
cause I have to forget everything
including those I love
everything I love
pain comes with living
Miracles that's you
the girl who still loves me
with every brand new life
I will always see the world with brand new eyes
And I will always fall in love
with you again, again, and again.
