Whose roots are left unshaken
Like thunder stricken skies
Glimpses of the present
The here and there of now
Choices made and squandered
A ships rebuilten bow
Glimpses of the yet-to-come
Undiscovered fields of soon
Yearning cold desires
Of a darkened yellow noon
