Dreaming
Surrounded by darkness
I await your touch.
In the middle of this madness
it's too much
to live without your taste,
your passion on my lips
our bodies moving with haste
as your hands caress my hips.
But I awake alone
and see you're not there.
It's sad to know you're gone
but I know I shouldn't care.
It was just a pleasant dream,
a fantasy of love
our passion like a stream
and free like a flying dove.
Now I fall to sleep
hoping I'll see you, feel you.
This dream I want to keep
and be forever with you.

I’m a romantic, but I’m also a pessimist, so this poem kind of starts good then ends sad. I like it, I found it to be very passionate in the beginning and even in the end, but I guess that’s just me… hope you like.
