My Self World

by: Solstice

To escape conformity I,

Lurked upon the fringes of insanity

Where roads are not laden with

Cement or awkward lines

But with fear and anxiety I trod and hence

Made life more glorious

Where the wishes shine, twinkle

Forever more, thou maketh moon

Be true,

Where life breathes not never

And makes existence worth the wait

The sun wasn't round

But circled the land with which

Was layed upon by Broken dreams,

Thus, always I will look upon

Blue trees and silver flowers where

Stars are no longer out of reach

But are reached no longer

This I ran away

From and would never see

The sights and smells of

The jaded Life but

Never part wit life so Jaded

The Heavens no longer hovered

But mingled with the

Flesh and blood of humankind

And hell would no longer

Threat and burden

The Evils of the Mind

See, oh, See!

You mortals,

None dreamers and content

The world in which I,

Created and lament

Praise, oh, Praise!

Cruel Irony at its best

Feel the Beast in the beaten breast

That mayhaps escaped our midst

Whilst Eternity laid in wait

Forever
