ok sorry about this but I just thought you might like to know the Seca is the ruler of the other four containts

Sevas- the Seca's daughters

Grand Seva- the highest ranked daughter of the Seca

Tavi- the capital of the Seca's domain

Shevas- the Seca's sons

With my Medaci only three moons away it was only to be expected for me to be at lease a little worried, so for the first two times I went to Chec’vā’s no one thought much about it. But after a week of visits the court got curious. You see Chec’vā was a visiting Seca’s Daughter. A Grand Seva. I met Chec’vā completely by accident.

After a longwinded court section one star I was on my way to my rooms when I bumped into this girl, we were in the Heka and family’s quarters so I was wondering why she was wondering around near my rooms. As it turned out she was very, very, lost. Before I go on I must explain one thing about most Grand Sevas, all that I have had the “pleasure” of meeting wore a head to toe veil. So you can imagine my shock when I met this girl who wore no veil at all. Most Grand Sevas I had met were dull and extremely plain, so it was quite a blessing to not see their faces. But Chec’vā was an exception, a major exception.

She wore a gold sari with a gold headband; a small pearl drop fell down right between the eye brows. Her skin was the normal dark copper that most Deltorieans share. I had never been introduced to the newest Grand Seva of Tavi so I did not know quite what she looked like, then again I did not know there was a new Grand Seva though they tend to change almost as frequently as sons of The Heka, most do not live past thirteen. The only way I knew her for what she truly was,was the golden and pearl headband. Carved into the gold band was the following inscription: Grand Seva live forever.

I asked her what she was doing in the Heka and his family’s quarters. She replied that she was lost and wanted to know who the heck I was. It is true that as the son of The Heka I do have a sign of my station (a golden arm band with a patter of star rubies, tiger eyes, and tourmaline) but my sleeve covered the band which was placed on my upper arm. I slowly pulled my sleeve up to reveal the band. The stones where in a particular pattern; two star rubies shaped as triangles were opposite each other with a tourmaline star in the center. Tiger eyes went from the sides of the tourmaline all the way around the band.

She placed her palms flat against each other, her fingers pointed towards the floor. She bowed over this, her eyes never left mine. As was traditional to bow to The Heka’s son. I returned the bow; with the exchanging of bows done I asked her where she had intended to be. She said she was looking for the lotus garden. Crayra was known for its gardens. I offered to show her the way to the gardens. She accepted and we went to view the gardens together. I had completely forgotten about the court section I had just attended. I also had forgotten the reason I had been going to my rooms in the first place. So wrapped up in showing this Grand Seva the way to the lotus garden I just forgot everything else. Perhaps that was my first mistake, getting distracted from my duties as Heka’s son. Perhaps I should have sent for a servant to take her. Well there is no helping it now; just thinking that I could have avoided all that trouble I got from that court makes me angry. But no use in festering in the past, that will do nothing.

I would have been fine if all I did was show the girl the garden, but no I had to play the perfect host and give her a tour. She did ask for it but still I could have refused though I think the courts would have gotten at me worse than they did. Any way while we were in the garden we started to talk. That was strange me talking to a Grand Seva by choice. That should have been a warning sign, but no. We talked for a long time until a servant came to tell me that I was wanted in the main audience hall. Before I left I made sure that she could find her way back to her rooms then was about to leave when she asked me to show her and her brother the Sheva around the capital of Crayra. I agreed, and was informed that I was to meet them near her rooms.

I left that garden as soon as I could. My schedule for the next day was wide open. A whole day with Chec’vā and her brother the Sheva. Wonderful.
