Loves too cliché a word misused for those who love and leave after a night of compassion and fate, but here we stand two bridges, parallel & people cross our paths but we stand by each other, sometimes I wonder how love can still be used to describe an emotion, rather a one-night-stand at some cheap bar that I'd driven past a couple hundred times, but then I look back to you and I realize that your breath and mine, our hearts collaborating as one beat accompanying that melody, oh I realize why lovers love in the first place, I come to see why my heart tells me tells me lies but you , you spin them around you twist my souls words to fit your style & baby oh it drives me up a wall, it makes me smile. It makes me smile. & when I lie awake in the middle of the night to find my covers all entwined within each other I think of you – and how you'd never let me down. ©
