Stating the Obvious

The obvious point, that everyone seems to have forgotten

is that at the ending of time

when the last star explodes into nothingness

after many a millennium

alone in space

And all that remains is the empty nothing

that was there was before the beginning

before god waved his hand and created all

or an explosion that made light when before all had been dark

or whatever happened that human mind

can simply not comprehend

The obvious point is that

Then the human race will matter about as much
