Never again will I dream about you.

It hurts too much, to see you laugh.

Never again will I smile with you.

You don't care about my grin anyway.

Never again will I joke with you.

I'll hardly get your attention again.

Never again will I talk with you.

Though, I've never really spoken much.

Never again will I touch you.

I'll have to forget that warmth and joy.

Never again will I see your eyes,

Not with the same feeling I once knew.

Never again will I hope for you.

I've learned not to expect, to wish.

Never will I hate you, don't even joke.

It's hard to hate, but harder yet to forget.

Never will I have what you have with her.

But maybe I don't want it. Maybe I want more.

Never will I feel you, in sprit, mind, or body.

Wishing never does any good without action.

Never will I look back on this without mixed emotions.

Never again will I be with you.
