Her Eyes were ICE!

Chapter 1

“The blue in her eyes were frozen ice. Why is she like this?” Jacob pondered for a few minutes. “Did I do something to her”

It was a cool summer night. The next day Jacob had a marching band competition. He would talk to her then. It was the day of the competition. Jacob walked over to Azhure. “Hey Azhure what’s wrong?” Jacob asked as he put his hand on Azhure’s shoulder. “Nothing” Azhure replied with intense softness in her voice. “Why were you giving everybody the death glare?” “I don’t know.” “Sure? There’s nothing wrong. You can tell me anything.” “I’m sure.” Azhure finally said. Jacob sweeped her into a hug and he held her for a few moments. Then kissed her on her cheek. “Jacob, come here for a minute!” Tracey yelled. “feh, fine” Jacob muttered under his breath and he stalked away slumpingly towards Tracey.
