You know how your teen years are supposed to be the best? Well whoever said that lied; in my opinion at least. You know your life sucks when you want to get away from reality by reading books about fantastical places, but hey, don’t get me wrong, I love reading. It’s my life, but when I have to read to take away my anger or to forget about my life in general, that’s kind of sad. Come to think of it my life isn’t that bad, compared to other people’s lives mine is awesome; but I’m not going into that, I’m here to tell you the story of my life, and how it all changed so much. Sometimes for the worse, mostly for the better.
First I’ll give you a summary of my life, right now I’m 16 years old, I have brown hair and blue/silver eyes (at least I like to think so). I’m not drop dead gorgeous, but I don’t think I’m that bad looking either. I live with my brother, father and cat; my mother died when I was eight years old, of breast cancer. But don’t go all “oh I’m so sorry” and all that, I get that a lot. I hardly remember my mom, so it doesn’t seem that bad. Other then reading, I get away from life by writing, mostly depressing poems, but I’m also in the process of writing a story. I don’t know if it’s actually going to go anywhere but I got to try; I think the biggest mistake I made was not continuing my story, I just left it right in the middle of the adventure, convinced that it wasn’t getting anywhere. Well that blew up in my face big time. That’s what I’m going to be talking about today, how my story went on without the author; continued in the adventure without anyway interference…well the bad guys didn’t get any interference. The other mistake I made was basing some characters on real people; the main character is based on me, and another is based on this guy I like…
But enough of my rambling, on to the story!
Word of warning, always finish something you start, never leave it hanging; because you might not like the way your story chooses to go…
