A desperate woman cannot accept reality –
Tries to shape her life into what it ought to be –
Wait for the shot now.
Dance quick, dance, fly!
Tear away, tear away,
Dance till you cry!
Blames herself for her loss and her shame –
She deserves it or does she? To her life's a game –
She's losing.
Dance quick, dance, fly!
Tear away, tear away,
Dance till you cry!
The weak rely on the strong to survive –
The strong exploit every woman alive –
Or only the weak?
Desperate, desolate, demented, deplored –
Obstinate, antiquate, abrased, abhored –
Remnant of them columns.
Dance quick, dance, fly!
Tear away, tear away,
Dance till you cry!
