I fear I lose a bit of readership because of FP's horrible defacement of my perfectly constructed format. People don't like to go to other links, but if you want to see the true beauty of my art, I urge you to go to the following address (deleting the necessary spaces needed for FP of course):

Fantasía

The tinted mist had your smell
at the time, couldn’t tell
It wasn’t so much destiny
as frivolous and foolhardy
The immature game of hide and seek
knocked the breath out of me
I couldn’t speak
Disappointment stood on concrete ground
my hopes and dreams were unsound

Fantasía

Hallucination came on quick
you grew a tail and whiskers twitched
While company dismissed reality
I remained to grab a glimpse of true beauty
It came and went
as a lightning strike
Celestial suns dimmed in your eyes
the light of dying fireflies

Fantasía

You fell once, but stayed afloat
ignorance erased the note
So epiphany hit that much harder
i felt that much smaller
Your absence brought heavy shoulders
blithe divinations now crisply smolder

Fantasía

I’ll follow you almost anywhere
taking the twists and turns
But if we reach a fork and our roads diverge
The memories will be safely guarded, all future plans in an urn

Fantasía

I dream of you often
