Blue Eyes

Twinkling so brightly your blue eyes

shine upon my face. Were there once was joy

there now is emptiness. I use to be able to

look into your eyes and see love and peace

now there is sorrow and pain. You where once

full of life now your dead inside. I would

give anything to see the twinkle back in

your eyes and a smile on you face. You where

there through thick and thin. You saw my

first step and heard my first word. You're the

only father I have ever known. Now you seem so

far away. I find myself thinking if only I

could reach you I would once again see those

Blue Eyes
