I’m always there.

You think there is no need to live, no need to thrive.

You have been used and tossed away.

Depression is the way to describe you.

You sink you head low in disappointment and sadness.

You have fallen apart, your on the ground and won’t get up.

But I’m always there:

To help you live to help you thrive.

I’m there to catch you when you’re tossed away.

I’m there to help you with the burden of depression.

I’m there to lift you head, like a pillar you can lean on me.

I’m always there even if you like it or not.

You think of thoughts of killing your self.

But I pull the knife away.

I stand behind you while you stand alone…

Waiting to catch you if you fall.

You can shun me away, but no matter what…

I will always be there.

I will always be there to help you.

I will be there to protect you like a brother.

You see a shadow and hide in it, but you find out that it is your own.

I push you out of the shadow and into the light.

You reject it but I push more.

I will always be there.

You walk away.

I follow you.

I will always be there

When you need:

Help,

Love,

Protection,

Hope.

It may sound corny but what I shall is true.

I will always be there…
