I am a lost child
Lost to this world
Where the weather isn't mild,
it's down right cold.
Am I to stay til I've grown wild?
Of til I've grown weak and old?
Why was I the disobediant child?
Why didn't I do what I was told?
Maybe than I wouldn't be in the wild.
My life would not have been sold.
I should of been well tempered and mild
so quiet and cold
Instead of the crazy and wild child
and so delightfully bold
Than maybe I wouldn't be lost
in this vast cold world
