Blood drips onto the floor

Like rain falling from the sky

I've lost my control

I once clung to

Knowing if I let go

My world would end

But I did it anyway

I let my guard down

For just a minute

And I cut

I cut until I couldn't feel anything

Not even the pain

Of ripping into my skin

With a razorblade

Of tearing through flesh

Again and again

I've lost myself

Once again

To the one thing

That can make everything alright

I'm now one step closer

To ending everything

My life

My pain

My sadness

I can't hold on much longer
