The Seraphim
The Fiery Ones that talk of Love
They stand by His mighty throne
Chanting, praising, singing
Of His Holiness.

The Cherubim
The Ones of Knowledge that intercede for God.
They have four wings, four faces,
Terrible to behold.
The winds of the Lord's throne.

The Orphanim
The Wheels of the Lord's mighty Chariot.
They are the burning pupils of His eye.
These four wheels of beryl and flame
Reside in the third Heaven.

The Second Triad
The Great Princes on the borders of Heaven

The Dominions
The Keepers of the Holy Name
They speak of fire that consumes
The essence of all
And gather them in His embrace.

The Virtues
The Makers of Miracles.
They bestow gifts and blessings
Brilliantly showering their mercy upon us.
The escorts of His Son's Ascension.

The Powers
The First Angels of Creation
They are the Ones Who See God
Balancers of good and evil,
Guiding us in our daily toils.

The Third Triad
The Loving Legions of the Lord

The Principalities
The Leaders of His Nations
They protect His people from straying
The Silent Shepherds in a World of Sin
Patrons of strength and courage

The Archangels
The Seven Warriors of God
They battle with the Sons of Darkness
Smiting the Dragons of Hell
And casting them in the Lake of Fire

The Angels
The sweet Messengers of Heaven
They intercede for God and Mortals
Answering our prayers
And announcing the Apocalypse.
