Reminiscence--End of Summer

May 20, 2005

by: Silver Nightingale

Oh, my love!

What is it that comes to your mind

When we hold each other and gaze in each others' eyes?

Paradise,

That is what I feel; do you feel it, too?

Or is it just I?

Over the horizon

The sun shines and I pray

That we would be together, you and I someday

Why is it that my heart increases its pace

Whenever I catch a glimpse of your face?

And in the warmth of summer,

In the absence of storms,

I long for you to wrap me in your arms

And should the season of laughter

Come to a sad and bitter end

I would still have the memory of you

AN: Inspired by, oddly enough, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Xenosaga Episode II, and Final Fantasy IX. Leave a review of you want.
