Forever Alone

Have you ever wondered if you were meant to be alone?
Well, I no longer wonder.
I am.
I am not worthy of anyone’s friendship.
I am meant to be forever alone.

I don’t know what friendship is.
I guess the shirt off of my back just isn’t enough.
I guess sacrifices aren’t enough.
I am not worthy of anyone’s friendship.
I am meant to be forever alone.

Truly can these people be called friends?
I don’t feel like I should or can tell them anything.
I was afraid to say anything about the stuff that hurt me.
We fight because I did.
Now I want to communicate even less.
What have I achieved?
Nothing, but wanting to be forever alone.
