I am completely out of control today

I can't stop myself

My fingers go to the spot automatically

My nails dig into my skin

Tearing away chunks of my flesh

Blood seeps to the surface

It hurts so badly

The pain is searing through my body

I can't stop

I feel so angry

My body is shaking from it

I don't know why I feel this way

Everything is angering me

I clamp my hands over my ears

Trying to shut everyone and everything out

Its not working

The sounds are wedging their way through my fingers

I'm getting more and more angry by the second

I am soon going to snap

I can't take it any more

I'm on the edge

About ready to fall over

Just one more thing

And I'm gone
