A new debate has hit the forum
With each side the calming serum
Paints the vessels of blood and rhythm
To avoid destruction as life is given
But failing to realize the hidden fight
That continues to rage within the night
Across the world as shadows unfold,
The Leader claims he will halt it strong
For its end results may be wrong
But may we live onward
To battle the forces of terror forward,
Behind a painted face with lies and anger,
Ignoring the ones whom we will face,
To tell them we apologize as we brace,
For the end of what could be a cure,
All because of judgments premature,
Made by our leader
Who so boldly fought to protect life
And without a cry will use a lie
To vow he'll never live to see,
A day when life is abused by death
But if looked eastward across the sea,
He would fall to his knee,
And beg God to stand and forgive him
As the light of the cure could no longer be driven.
