As I walked into the classroom, the first person that immediately caught my attention was him. He looked at me with his kind eyes and heartwarming smile. I wanted to tell him that he's an annoying face to see in the morning. But if I told him that I'd be lying.
Throughout class he sat beside me, sometimes keeping quiet, sometimes whispering to me, and sometimes gently teaching me about the parts of the lesson that I didn't understand. I wanted to tell him to bug off and that he was nothing but a know-it-all. But if I told him that, I'd be lying.
At lunch time I saw him doodling at his notebook instead of eating. He really likes to draw. Curious, I walked over to him and quietly looked over his shoulder. Nothing prepared me for the shock that I felt when I saw him drawing a picture of...myself. I wanted to tell him that his drawing sucked, that he should have picked another person, and that it was the most insulting thing that I ever encountered. But if I told him that, I'd be lying.
As I walked out of the classroom two hours after class, I saw that he actually waited for me outside. He approached me, once again flashing his heartwarming smile, and took my hand. I saw his lips move and heard the phenomenal three words that came out from it. An incredible feeling suddenly filled me. I wanted to tell him that I was thrilled, that I was thankful, that I was happy, and that I felt the same way...
....but if I told him that, I'd be lying.
Yeah I know this is very simple, but I hope that you all enjoyed reading it.
