A/N: ‘Bout time, wouldn’t you say? Feels like forever. I have been up to A LOT. If you notice the update dates, I haven’t updated since July. It’s almost October. Sorry. J I hope you all still love me! I know you’ll love this chapter even more than the previous and so on. It’s at the halfway mark but I don’t wanna let you have too much. This is what I call “the directors cut”. It’s got all the descriptive angles in it. I think it’s much more vivid and detailed than the one without the notes, so I’ll give you that version of the chapter. Enjoy!

DRAGON KIM’S PLACE, INT, NOON

Reizo walks to Dragon Kim’s place. He opens the door. She reacts defensively, pulling out a gun. Reizo holds his hands up.

DRAGON KIM

What did you come here for?

REIZO

I came to check on you. I heard that for some reason Adolph was sending other of us for you. I would never betray you.

Dragon Kim lays her weapon down, stands up.

I know I’m not angel, but I would hope you would never

betray me.

Cut to in mid line

REIZO

Of course. Let’s get out of here.

Reizo drives her to his place. They get out of the car and enter. He throws his keys down. He’s greeted by his cat. D.K. bends down to her and her hair raises a little. After a while she begins purring. Dragon Kim takes off her jacket, sits down to tend to her wounds.

REIZO

You can crash for the night. Tomorrow we’ll handle this with Adolph.

(while she’s walking, getting ready and such)

This is they type of guy I’m not sure to trust or not. True enough, we’re both assassins and looking out for number one, but at the same time I’d like to believe we’re on the same team. What I’d like to believe isn’t always what’s true. Reizo and I are the only Asian faces in the Squad of six we like to call “The Hellions”. Because of this we had a familiar relationship. However, this did not mean that

anything changed the situation and all of its possibilities. It wouldn’t be much of a surprise if he did. It would be more than just going through motions, as it would be for the rest. Hide, the girl I killed just three days ago was his beloved fiancée. Of course, Reizo was the kind of man to be silent about his motives and strike, seemingly invulnerable. He considered such emotion-driven kills to be unspeakable, pathetic. I guess he saw the truth in himself.

Time has passed. Dragon Kim is sleeping in the quest room bed. Dragon Kim opens her eyes a bit, then closes them. We see Reizo head for her with a set of butterfly swords. He jumps, using both swords as one. She blocks and kicks him down in one move. He goes for her neck in n outward slice. She ducks, and vertical roll kicks him into the wall. Reizo hurls it at D.K. She flips back. She grabs it, hurls it. He ducks beneath the bed. He stabs upwards, in a ripping motion. She grabs it from him, then sticks both into him. We see him struggling, stay on A tight shot under the bed. We see Reizo pinned, facing the floor, eyes wideopen, bleeding from them and pale. We can still see Dragon Kim getting ready from this angle. Once she leaves, we go to a letterbox gets up, puts on her jacket and pants. She closes the door, notices the cat sitting there. The cat walks up to her and starts purring and meowing. Dragon Kim smiles. She then drives off.

Just so everyone’s clear on my motives, I’ll tell you a little more about Suze and her disappearance.

Suze is standing in front of a club, dressed to the nines.

Her last mission was to kill Italian drug lord Vincent Barroci

Suze walks the club,running him his drink, which she formerly poisoned. He drinks, she walks away. Ten minutes later she checks back, and he’s dead.

In addition to earning her due for the hit, she kept a hunk of change for herself.

She looks at all the drugs, takes a snort for what seems like the hell of it. She wipes her nose, then takes another.

And that’s how it all started. Two weeks later she was incommunicado. Two months later she disappeared all together.
