Yeah, Whatever

This insane day has just made me crazy.

I didn’t know that a single day could be so twisted

It was one of those days where you can be upset

Enough to make you cry

Then the next minute laughing so hard

That it almost has the same effect.

In one day:

I lost a dream,

Got hit on by a hot guy,

Was offended by a friend,

Hung out with my betterfriends,

Had the time of my life,

Watched a close one make a stepping-stone in life.

Ups

And downs

And spins

That’s all I’ve had today.

I’m ready for this day to end

But my emotions won’t stop turning

So now I can’t sleep so

I’m writing this poem because

I thought it would make me feel better

But it didn’t.
