Dimensions

Pre-Face

There are many worlds throughout this vast and ever expanding universe. Each world is inhabited by many different species of plant and animal life forms, and no two are alike. This is common knowledge among the race of men, but very few know of the dimensions. The dimensions are the essence of all good, and all evil. They are where all the creatures of our wildest dreams, and of our worst nightmares, come from. There are as many dimensions as there are stars and planets combined; they are countless. There are some dimensions, however, that are quite commonly known. One of them is the high dimension: Heiavana; more commonly known as Heaven. Another is Hiiele, one of the lost dimensions; which is Hell, if you couldn’t tell. The largest of the neutral dimensions is Lingo, which is the main dispatch port to other dimensions.

This all brings me to another point: the levels of dimensional organization. There are four kinds of dimensions. The purest of the dimensions, and most stable, are the high dimensions. They include Heiavana and Ifrindell. The neutral dimensions are those that are stable most of the time and do not tend to involve themselves in such activities as war and bloodshed. Dimensions such as Anmu and Leiama are neutral. Dimensions that are more tilted toward war are the low dimensions: these include Shleif and Morffrom. The last of the dimensions are the lost dimensions. These are the dimensions that are completely consumed by war, they often times are hot, fiery wastelands. Other lost dimensions are barren, icy, dead planes. These are those that have already seen the days of war, their entire population has either perished or migrated to another dimension. The lost dimensions include Hiiele and Mahru.

Though it would seem that the dimensions would be easily accessed, being that there are so many, this is far from true. Each dimension has specific “ports”, which are generally planets, and sometimes stars. Many dimensions have only one port, while others can have two, three, or even several ports. Dimensions such as Heiavana and Hiiele have ports on virtually every planet. Then you have your oddball dimensions, like Ifrindell and Jhamhara. Ifrindell is known as the most illusive of all the dimensions, which is most likely why it is still a high dimension. You see, Ifrindell’s port changes its location on a day to day basis, without any apparent pattern. Jhamhara is also considered hard to reach because its ports are both stars; stars on opposite sides of the universe, that is.

In any case, this should give you a vague understanding of how the dimensions work. Thus, let our story begin.
