So, people, this is my first poem that I'm posting on here. My poetry is really dark, most of it.

Crimson Tide

My life rolls out, riding this crimson tide,

It’s hard to relalize I’m barely alive,

You stand there watching from my bedside,

I can tell by your expression that you want to cry.

Just leave me, please,

Let me die in peace,

I can hear your tears as the fall,

And I don’t want to go after all.

I don’t need your greif,

Oh, my pain is breif,

I don’t want your bitter tears and sorrow,

Just tell me you’ll remember me tomorrow.

I can hear you cryin’ as you gaze upon me,

You say that you will never forget me,

You’re sorry for all the things you’ve done,

You say I was your number one.

As it goes fuzzy, I take you hand,

And I gasp out that I understand,

I lose my hold, and it all goes black,

The last thing I hear is your stifled gasp.
