At the instance Apollo bids farewell

One would see fireworks bursting in the sky

Their light has a simple message to tell

The queens of May have come with hues that fly

From the gowns that they wear ,burdened with beads

Heavy with sequins, or trimmed with lace

Oh these maids! To price they pay little heed

A smile,along with a blush of cheeks,

That hints of desire, shameful as it is

Oh these beauties! At daytime some are meek

Come dark they are as fiery as rubies,

For they are the godesses of the night,

Aphrodites that bring to eyes, delight
