“Happily ever after”

That’s how stories end

Until you turn ten

And your wishing star falls through your roof.

We asked for truth and solid proof,

Because knowledge is power

and the world is corrupt

Hear the sky scream

Buried alive

burn in the fire

to know your alive

find a truth

in a thousand lies.

And the sky cries

And the sky screams,

What’s wrong with these people

with their dead-end dreams!!!”

Running fast

Fighting hard

Come in last

By fifty-yards.

Don’t even try

Don’t shut your eyes

To leave this place for a while

stop this ‘dreaming’ thing.

We all know

The world is made of hate

in every bloody grain.

And you should dig a hole

But no matter how deep you go

You’ll find no love

Or answer why

You are alive

to rot away and die.

The truth sucks.

So stay in your hole

And bury yourself with lies.

But you can’t silence the sky.

Hear the sky scream

Buried alive

Stand in the fire

To prove you’re alive

Find a truth

In a thousand lies.

And the sky cries

And the sky screams.

And the lonely people

crowd the endless streets

All strangers who will never meet

With eyes stepping on their feet.

Look at ME!

Look around!

Lift your eyes

off the ground!

Or close them

and just lay down.

And dream

your dead-end dreams

But don’t walk blind

through

your dead-end lives.

Metal rusts

And so do you.

The sky turns black to blue.

Time is always on the move

And dying men stare at it

In an endless dream

Of how they wish life could be.

They shout to the sky

“When will I win?”

And the sky answers

With a sigh,

In front of the finish line

we all fall.

That is life.

Why run at all?

And the sky cries

And the sky screams

But don’t we all

From time to time.
