Sight

I lose sight of myself too often.

Now when I drift to another world

I don’t necessarily see myself

or just myself.

Who are you?

Why do you come to me?

I am your inner voice

the true you

and the you, you want to be.

I find myself

as many parts

many pieces, but still one

some are just more defined.

Am I darkness?

I always wonder when I see

a part of my soul.

But the entity, another me, says

no.

I ask her more

she can’t answer

but

she shows me images

of a love

Udossta d’anthe.

Our dear.

A white light around me

she says: we and it all

are connected

but

don’t lose sight

of yourself.

Not anymore, I smile.
