Beauty of Lie
Manipulated beauty of a lie
bitter like wind from a dream
blown hot and fast out of time
lusciously sordid
.............always gorgeous
what is bare for want of light
must stare only behind at shadow
and yet willing to trudge on
over the road chained with vision
to momentous death.
