“Hey!” Bee yelled.
Hannah smiled. “Finish your project yet?” She asked.
“Heck yes! I was finished two days ago!” Bee laughed.
“Same here.” The bell rang and they scurried to their homerooms.
Hannah rolled her eyes as they walked in, laughing and tossing there oh-so-perfect hair . She had hated them for eternity, ever since Claire; their ring-leader, had smashed a popsicle on her head in fifth grade. Sure, that was a long time ago, five years to be exact, but her hair had been very sticky. Everyone hated them anyway. Well not everyone, but still. Sure they were pretty and they were popular but did any of the guys stop to notice they were meaner than a hot-tempered rattlesnake on a bad day? No.
As the morning announcements filled the room Hannah took out her notebook and started her daily note to Bee.
Hey! In homeroom, very bored. The, um, well
what should we call them... preps are at it
again. I hate them...
Anyway, sub in science, (yay!) assessment to
do! (ugh!)
Whelp bell rang! Be right back!
Hannah gathered her books and walked across the hall to art. She loved art. She lived and breathed deeper in art than in any other thing. Except maybe music. But art was her escape from the world. Her forty-five minute heaven.
Bee slammed her locker shut and ran up the stairs. She was never on time for social studies but that wasn’t her fault. She couldn’t help Mrs. Ludwick never let them out on time. She slipped in just as Mr. Hendricks closed the door and hurried to her seat, last desk, middle row. Assigned seats sucked. They just added to her hate of this eyelid-dropping-sleep-bringingly boring class. Usually she wrote a note to Hannah in this class, seeing as they didn’t do anything anyways.
I hate this class! Get me out of here!
AHHHHH! NOOO it’s too laaate...
I-I’m a gooner! Goodbye dear Hannah
and never let my brother have my
rooooooooom... NOOOO n-not
d-d-definitions! Anything but that!! hehe!
well gotta go! Write back ASAP!
