Along for the Ride

Building, swelling, rising so high
So caught up in the sensation
The heat, the pace, the gentle caresses,
The brush of your lips on my face
Bubbling like water like an erupting geyser
An overpowering beast trying to break free
My hands on your skin
The scream in my throat
My body rigid, arching, pulling you close
Feel the tingling like static all around me
Waves rushing in
The currents are strong
Can't fight it...
I just surrender
But in giving myself, I reach even further
Higher and higher I climb
Until all of a sudden I'm on the edge of a cliff
I can't slow down, don't want to stop
I teeter... then take the plunge
The freedom, the soaring,
The never ending thrashing
Crashing from within and without
Over and over the movement takes me
Higher and higher, before
I find myself caught on a ledge
Over a precipice completely weak and content
But the ride isn't over I see in your eyes
Shining... wanting it all
I quickly fall of into a liquidy void
Where all I feel is emotion
So many mangled and twisted together
Can't tell if its yours or its mine
But connecting so deeply
All the way down to my core
I am gently placed on the ground
Exhausted, euphoric, filled with your love
Just like the emotions our bodies still one
As I finally drift off at last
